All of our pumps are made with patented "free flow cylinders" that allow water to continue to flow without ever clogging. Where other pumps clog, Site Drainer pumps will continue to pump water.

Our metal pumps use silicon carbide and carbon ceramic (aluminum oxide) double mechanical face seals for extra dry-run protection and to prevent water from entering pump motors. Our secondary seals are made of Buna N, or NBR, a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with excellent resistance to petroleum products, silicone greases and oils, and diester-based lubricants.

Our metal pumps are enclosed within metal cylinders made from 304 stainless steel, 20-gauge metal thickness, that provide excellent corrosion resistance and cylinder strength, and feature 1/4" holes to allow maximum water flow.

Our powerful, yet lightweight, 1/2 hp plastic pump, SD 300, sits in a high impact resistant thermoplastic resin cylinder with 1/8” holes, contains a built-in check valve, and internal vertical float with auto on/off feature at 6" and 2", respectively. It will pump up to 3900 GPH. It also utilizes triple stainless steel lip seals, rated for saltwater operation.

An optional coco fiber basket for SD300 or customized burlap sack around metal cylinder pumps will prevent passage of sediment where environmental regulations that forbid movement of soils may be a concern.

All of our pumps are proudly built by Site Drainer at its assembly plant in Clifton, NJ, located 20 miles west of New York City.
